Our staff regularly monitor the flight information on the internet to ensure that you are never left waiting at the airport. Your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals hall with a board with your name on it. If you can’t see your driver once you are in the Arrivals hall, please call us on 01273 301111 and a member of staff will get in contact with your driver straight away.
Your driver will be in the arrivals hall 30 minutes after your flight has landed, which will give you time to go through customs and border control.
If you have priority booking, or you think you will be coming through quicker than 30 minutes, please let us know at the time of booking so we can inform your driver about this.
Once the 30 minutes has expired, your driver is entitled to charge waiting time which is priced as follows:
£20.00 per hour for Saloon/ Estate bookings
£20.00 per hour for Multi seater bookings
Also, extra car parking charges will apply after initial 30 minutes included in your fare.
